ROC The Belle is a new "floating" concert concept that takes place on the Harbor Town Belle.  
Our all-ages cruises feature LIVE MUSIC with the best up-and-coming artists and established bands in western New York.
 Join us for a scenic ride on the Genesee River, Lake Ontario shoreline, and Irondequoit Bay, and enjoy 2+ hours of awesome entertainment in a unique, intimate setting right on the water!
